Butt Lift

butt lift

Butt lift surgery is a cosmetic surgery procedure that enhances the size and shape of a patient’s butt so that it better fits his or her figure and provides an attractive rear end.

Butt Lifts

Butt lift cosmetic surgery may also be done together with other procedures such as liposuction, breast augmentation or a breast lift, abdominoplasty or tummy tuck, and thigh lift.

Butt lift surgery can be performed using two different methods. The first one involves implanting solid or semi-solid implants under the upper butt muscles. This is done to enhance the contours of the butt region. The second method involves micro fat grafting. This type of butt lift cosmetic surgery takes fat from the other areas of the body such as breast or thighs and grafts it into the buttocks area. The fat is taken through a liposuction procedure.

Procedures that can be performed along with butt lift

Butt Implants

As for a butt lift using butt implants, the procedure involves making a two to three inch incision in the crease between the butt cheeks. The implant is usually made of elastomer, a material that prevents leaking. These implants are inserted into the upper area of the buttocks between the muscle and the fascia. Butt implants come in different sizes, shapes, and materials. You need to consult a cosmetic surgeon in order for you to find out which type of implant is appropriate for your body. The best candidates for butt lifts are men or women who have lost a significant amount of weight or have excess or loose skin in the buttocks area.

Fat Grafting

On the other hand, butt lift surgery through micro fat grafting involves taking fat from a different region of the body - usually the abdomen, the upper thigh area, or arms – and inject the fat into the buttocks area. This procedure is commonly known as Brazilian Butt Lift. This procedure requires the patient to have enough fat in other parts of the body that can be taken for use in the surgery. The fat is extracted via a liposuction procedure, is purified and then inserted into the layers of the buttocks through a small incision.

Both methods are proven to provide amazing results – visually pleasing and younger appearance of the buttocks region. The best candidates for this procedure are men and women who have lost a significant amount of weight and have excess or loose skin in the buttocks area. This procedure is also intended for people like you who want to add fullness to your buttocks area. Your goal might just be simple – to have a more attractive back side. Or you feel that you really need a butt lift to help correct a rear end that lacks an ideal shape. In either case, a butt lift can give you the help that you need to make you feel better about your body.
