Breast Enhancement Without Surgery
How we look is vitally important to us. For females, breasts are a symbol of their femininity and sexuality and poor breast representation, in the form of having a flat chest, can be downright discouraging and can lower your self-esteem. Despite the great strides toward true equality that women have made, larger breasts, no matter how much you deny it, make a true difference. Larger breasts bring confidence, demand attention, and give you an overall sexier appearance that means only one thing - a heightened sense of self-satisfaction and sex appeal that often is accompanied by success.
Today there is an escalating focus on the outer appearance. Breast enhancement is one of the hottest topics today, including the highly publicized controversy over breast enhancement surgery procedures. With the health risks and dangerous side effects of plastic surgery, not to mention the costs, women have long searched for a safe and effective alternative. The following summarizes a few alternatives for breast enhancement without surgery:
Breast Enhancing Bras
The simplest way to enhance your bust size is the purchase of an appropriate brassiere. Padded bras have extra cushioning built into the cups to add some size and a nice rounded shape to your breasts. These bras often come in seam-free varieties, which look good under a T-shirt or slinky materials. Push-up bras are used to enhance the look of your breasts by lifting them to produce a larger appearance, and sometimes creating desirable cleavage.
There are now companies that are manufacturing bras specifically to enhance the breasts beyond what any conventional padded of push-up bra could achieve. For example, some companies are using silicone breast forms that are secured within bra to significantly enlarge the appearance of your breasts.
Breast Enhancement Pills
Many companies producing breast enhancing pills claim that obvious results can be seen anywhere from overnight to a few months. The active ingredient in most breast enhancing pills are phytoestrogens, which are derived from plants. Since estrogen is the hormone that regulate breast tissue growth, companies claim that phytoestrogen mimics estrogen, and can bind to estrogen receptors stimulating breast tissue development.
The part of the body that most women are concerned about is the chest. The most basic issue about breasts is their size. Mother nature isn't always so kind to provide large cup sizes to every woman. If you are dissatisfied with your A, B, or small C cup size, then you've probably considered an enhancement of some sort. Sure there are bras out there that could give the impression of a bigger bosom, but that fact remains that you can't have what's not there in the first place.
Breast enhancement pills have been marketed endlessly as an alternative to a painful and expensive breast enhancement surgery. Many women don't want to put up with the long recovery and permanent scarring that results from a breast enhancement. That's why a pill that can promise the same result without the operation is an attractive thing. However, that's also why it's easy to fall for a marketing gimmick.
What Breast Enhancement Pills Do
Breast enhancement pills do work to a certain extent, but never to the degree that clients expect. In fact, some pills are known to redirect fat to the buttocks! That could be a disastrous side effect to discover a month down the line.
The typical breast enhancement pill promises a specific cup size increase within a month. If alarm bells aren't already ringing in your head, consider the challenge of actually do this. To increase your bust size by one cup, you'll need approximately 200 cc's of extra breast tissue. Considering that muscle mass can't account for this (besides, you women want muscular breasts), this tissue would have to be all fat. In order to gain 200 cc's of fat in the breasts, a proportionate gain in the rest of your body would be necessary. That's not such a good trade-off. Even if a pill could stimulate fat growth only in the breasts, it would take a lot more fat than your body could generate in 30 days.
So the bottom line is that breast enhancement pills aren't going to give you the breasts you want. They do work to a certain extent, but never to the degree that clients expect. In fact, some pills are known to redirect fat to the buttocks! That could be a disastrous side effect to discover a month down the line.
To make things worse, the marketing for these pills tends to use blatant lies. The before and after photos that accompany these ads are usually breast implant pictures. Several companies have even been caught using the pictures ripped off a plastic surgeon's website.
If you want bigger, fuller breasts, the only way to go is a breast enhancement surgery. A pill can't provide the necessary mass accumulation needed to visible increase the size of a breast.

Breast Enhancement Creams
Similar to pills, breast-enhancing creams also have phytoestrogen, or some other hormones such as lactin, progesterone, or human growth hormone, as their active ingredient. Companies producing these creams claim that they are more effective than pills because the phytoestrogen will reach the targeted breast tissue directly. This supposedly will not diminish the structural form of the hormone compared to if it's taken orally, where the hormone structure might be altered or degenerated because of the digestive process.
Large breasts are a common desire for young and older women alike. With the media bombarding images of the ideal female body - complete with large breasts - for decades, our society has increasingly accepted this image as the norm for femininity. This has intensified the pressure for women to reach this objective to enhance their appearance and desirability.
For the many women who have been not been endowed with such features, their small breasts serve as a source of frustration and a constant reminder that they may never achieve physical perfection as idealized by society's standard. Poor body image leading to harmfully low self-esteem and confidence are some of the major consequences from such pressure. But yet the pressure remains and continues to grow with such well-endowed iconic figures as Britney Spears, Madonna, Demi Moore, and Halle Berry dominating the airwaves. In fact, can you think of many media personalities who don't possess fabulous boobs? Not too many is there.
Plastic surgery has allowed some of the masses to catch up. Breast augmentation, breast enlargement, breast implants are just some of the breast enhancing surgeries available. But for many people, who (1) feel it's not worth the result to go under the knife, (2) cannot afford major cosmetic surgery, and (3) only need slight enhancement and/or modification, then there are other non-surgical, cheaper options. Breast enhancement creams may be one of them.
Then and Now
Breast enhancement creams have been around for a few decades now. Many breast enhancement cream companies have proliferated due to constant demand for girls and women to amplify their bust size.
Most of the breast enhancement creams of the market contain ingredients that are similar to the structure and composition of the hormone, estrogen. The companies claim that these substances mimic the effects of estrogen. Estrogen is the body's primary source for breast enhancement as they maximize blood flow for estrogen distribution abound the breast, encouraging growth and maintenance of the breast tissue, firmness, and shape.
Ingredients found in breast enhancement creams will stimulate growth of mammary tissue - lengthening milk ducts to branch out from the nipple to the interior of the breast. Here it will cluster as lobules and stimulate expansion of fat tissue. The concluding result is the general expansion of breast tissue.
In addition, other advantages are the subsequent development of new skin cells and maintenance of collagen that will result in firmer breasts that will be noticeably more softer and smoother texture of the breasts.
It is important to do thorough research at the numerous products available. Be as critical as you can, as there are many predatory people out there preying on the desperation of women, particularly young girls. Many of these "companies" will claims guaranteed instantaneous results to more realistic results within a few months. With careful investigation, you will be able to decipher products that seem to fake to more credible companies offering more realistic results.
Breast Enhancing Pumps
Breast vacuum pumps have been around in one form or another for decades. Companies manufacturing these pumps claim that it will swell breast tissue by vacuuming fats and fluids into breast tissue causing them to enlarge. Other additional claims include the stimulation of collagen production to make the breasts. However, there are many consumer watchdog associations that seriously question the legitimacy of such a device.
Plastic surgery is the only known procedure that will produce guaranteed results. However, surgery is extremely off-putting to many women despite the significant advancements made to make the surgical results as normal and natural as possible. Costs and side effects are other disadvantageous factors to plastic surgery.
Due to the invasive nature of plastic surgery, more women are exploring alternative options to enhance the appearance of their breasts. We strongly advocate that you thoroughly and objectively investigate whatever options you may be exploring.
Large breasts are almost part of the equation for a beautifully attractive female form. However, many women fail to meet this lofty criterion unless they opt for breast enhancement plastic surgery. However plastic surgery is not without its pitfalls. Despite being able to fabricate a larger breast appearance, the procedure is expensive and surgically invasive with associated side effects, potential complications, and relatively long recovery. That is why more and more women crave a safer and more natural alternative to breast enhancement plastic surgery.
Breast enhancement pumps have been around for decades and can at first glance look as an cheaper and safer alternative for breast enhancement.
Companies producing breast enhancement pumps have claimed the mechanism of its actions are as followed:
The pump will "swell" breast tissue by vacuuming fats and fluids into breast tissue cells causing them to enlarge.
The pump builds and expands mammary gland tissue to it's fullest potential by balancing natural hormone levels just like when you were a teenager.
The pump increases collagen production and encourages production of new breast tissue cells providing a fuller firmer breast.
There are, however, many conflicting reports on the effectiveness of this device. Be warned, many consumer product reports seriously question the validity of breast enhancement pumps.
Significant buzz has been generated with the FDA approved BRAVA® Breast Enhancement and Shaping System. This dome-like bra was developed and designed by Harvard-trained plastic surgeon, Dr. Roger Khouri.
According to the manufacturers, the system gently tugs and pulls on the breast, stimulating tissue cell growth and, when used for a minimum of ten hours a day over a ten week period, gives the wearer an average increase of one full cup size. Khouri explains, "A simple stretch generates tissue - this is well documented in the scientific community and used as a technique in reconstructive breast surgery after mastectomy -- but it has to be gentle and sustained pulling action."
It claims that women who are an AA to B cup and want to grow one breast size can benefit from Brava over a 10 to 12-week period. However, the cost of the device is expensive - $2500, with the price comparable to breast enhancement plastic surgery procedures. Also it works slowly and needs to be used for about 6 months 12 hours per day. Gains are modest, on average, women gain from 1/4 to 1/2 cup even after following all the guidelines faithfully. Results are not permanent.
